If you're serious about getting into the best shape of your life and you're looking for face-to-face coaching, then a personal training package will be your first stop. All personal training sessions are currently conducted from Ab Salute Gym, Brentwood.


All personal training packages include:


  • 60 minute personal training sessions with Dan

  • A fully customised training program specifically tailored to fit your goals, training ability and work schedule

  • A personalised meal plan with example days provided for training day and rest day nutrition

  • Access to my exclusive coaching app, where you'll be able to view your program, log your workouts and much more

  • Stat tracking via the coaching app, where we can closely monitor all aspects of your progress and performance

  • 24 hour response to any queries outside of our sessions, via WhatsApp or the messenger function within the app

Minimum block package size of 10 sessions. Minimum commitment of 2 sessions per week.
