ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching is a great alternative for clients looking for guidance, structure and accountability at a reduced cost. It also allows individuals living outside of the Essex and London area to benefit from my coaching services.

As an online coaching client, you will receive:

  • A tailor made, goal-focused training program, constructed following a movement assessment

  • A personalised meal plan with example days provided for training day and rest day nutrition

  • Access to the private coaching app, where you'll be able to view your program, log your workouts and much more

  • A full exercise video library, to ensure you can always be confident when executing the exercises within your program

  • A weekly check-in via the app - I'll then provide you with as much feedback and assistance as needed

  • Access to the members app and all content uploaded within it - including hundreds of healthy recipes to scan into MyFitnessPal

  • Stat tracking via the coaching app, where we can closely monitor all aspects of your progress and performance

  • 24 hour response time via WhatsApp or the Messenger function within the app

*To fully benefit from this service, I would recommend that participants already have a relative understanding of exercise technique and execution. While we can work together to fine tune this, starting from scratch with a complete beginner can be difficult via digital communication.
